Waters of Benzie – Lower Platte River Water Tour

Platte River, M-22 River Access at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. 9am-12pm. Canoe the Platte River and learn about the Great Lakes salmon fishery, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, and the effects of phosphorus discharges on the Platte River watershed.  Bring your own boat or reduced-rate rentals  available. Shuttle service will be provided to take-out point at the river mouth.  Advanced reservations recommended.
