I’m sure most of you have come up with something every year. Like a lot of people I become determined to eat well and exercise more! Well, what can you do in the Sleeping Bear Area? Zumba! Yes with it’s famous slogan “Ditch the workout and join the Party” (something like that anyway) it’s become the new craze. I have to admit I went out to buy the new WII version. It is fun! Even has slow instructions on teaching the steps…I like the fact that if you didn’t get it the first time you can have do overs! In our area classes are being offered in Northort, Maple City, Sutton’s Bay, and Empire. They say its for the Active older adult…but I think everyone would enjoy it . The local instructor here is Cheryl @ 330-507-6537. Let me know how the parties going!
