This outdoor Art and Craft Fair’s former name was Elberta Craft Fair and used to be located in Elberta Waterfront Park, however, we have changed the name and the location to Frankfort Market Square park.  The same place as the Frankfort Art Fair!

This unique multi-sport event is challenging, but not impossible. Appropriate for any person of average physical capabilities from first time racers, to high school athletes and professional triathlon competitors, anyone looking for a healthy challenge will find this event of interest. Best of all, there’s no swimming required! The challenge is there for the competitive athlete, however, if you can walk, run, paddle, and bike, the overwhelming beauty of the area and the camaraderie of those attending will make this event worthy of your participation. Make the M-22 Challenge your goal for this summer.

Leelanau Peninsula Wines Presents!

The wildly popular Small Plates events are back! This year’s events take place Friday, April 25 and Friday, May 30, 2014 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at participating wineries along the Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail. There are three seating for each event, which are roughly 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

Participants enjoy a full glass of wine paired with a well-presented and substantial tapas dish in the tasting rooms or vineyards of participating wineries. Each seating is $15 each and one, two or three seatings can be selected for each evening. Many of the wineries work with local chefs to prepare and serve the pairing offering a high-class food and wine offering, catering to culinary aficionados.
